Automation

The work that happens every week because nobody stopped it

Manual work does not decay on its own. Somebody re-types the invoice, somebody chases the approval, somebody copies the row into the sheet — every week, indefinitely, until something acts on it. This is that something.

What we are asked for most

No.ProcessWhat it means in practice
01Documents into the ledgerAn invoice or purchase order arrives as a PDF, the details are read, checked against the order and posted. A person approves the exceptions instead of typing all of them.
02Leads into the systemA form, an email or a call becomes a record in the CRM with the follow-up already scheduled. Nothing waits in somebody's inbox for a day.
03Recurring reportsThe report somebody assembles every Monday morning, assembled on Sunday night instead, from the live data.
04Approvals and chasingThe approval that currently moves by somebody remembering to ask. Routed, chased and recorded, with the reminder sent by the system and not by a person.
05AI where it earns its placeWhere an answer genuinely needs judgement — reading a reply, classifying a request, drafting a response for review — a model does the reading and a person keeps the decision.

On your systems, not ours

We build on self-hosted n8n, on your server, under your accounts, with your API keys. No per-task pricing that grows with your business, no vendor holding your process, and no monthly fee to us for something that is simply running.

Every workflow is documented and handed over. You can change it, pause it, or hire somebody else to maintain it. That is the deliberate opposite of how most automation is sold.

Where automation is the wrong answer

A broken process that runs automatically is a broken process that happens faster. If the approval chain is unclear, if two teams disagree about who owns a step, or if the data going in is wrong, automation will multiply it rather than fix it.

We map before we build, and sometimes the map is the whole answer — the step gets deleted rather than automated. That costs you less and we will still say it.
